Dorothy Snyder, age 95 of St. Paul, passed away July 3, 2013 at the Community Memorial Home in Osakis, MN.
Dorothy Frances Wienert was born on October 14, 1917 in St. Paul to Frank and Veronica (Supinski) Wienert. She married John F. Snyder. Dorothy worked for over 40 years as a data control supervisor for the Great Northern/Burlington railroad. She loved to travel and was an excellent seamstress. Surviving her is a son and daughter-in-law, James & Bunny Snyder of Osakis, son-in-law, Rudy Stuber of St. Paul; 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and a daughter, Dorothy Jean Stuber.
Memorial services will be held on Thursday, July 25 at 10:30 am at the Guardian Angels Catholic Church, 8260 4th St N, Oakdale, MN with a gathering time beginning one hour prior to the service. Inurnment is at the church cemetery.
Arrangements are by the Roy-Hetland Funeral Home, Osakis, MN.
