Eunice A. LiBaire

Eunice Anne LiBaire, age 97 of Osakis, MN died Friday, November 24, 2023.

Eunice was born the daughter of Otto R. and Selina (Rau) Biehn on November 29, 1925, in St. Peter, MN. On July 25, 1944, she married Milton Fred “Bud” LiBaire at St. Mary's Catholic Church in St. Peter.

Eunice worked at the Community Hospital in St. Peter, O.K. LiBaire Hardware store and the Madison Lutheran home. Eunice enjoyed gardening, singing and reading. She was extremely devout in her faith, active in her church which included teaching CCD to young people and was a member of Christian Mothers. Eunice was active in the VFW and American Legion auxiliaries.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, siblings; Belle, Kay, Eve, Ginia, Sissy, Buncey, Bitty, and Mickey, and her grandchild, Jennifer.

Surviving relatives are her children; Milton, Jeffrey, Nathan, Vincent, Elizabeth. Grandchildren; Chris, Nicole, Rachel, Jessie, Noelle, Vincent James, Samuel, Margo. Great grandchildren; Austin, Colin, Aidan, Ava, Kiley, Finn, Nathaniel and Reyla. Including many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be Friday, December 1, 2023. Visitation at 10 a.m. followed by 11 a.m. mass at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Osakis, 316 3^rd Ave., Osakis, MN. Burial services will be on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at 1 p.m. at Saint Michaels Catholic Cemetery in Madison, MN on December 5, 2023.
