Bob was a man of many interests and hobbies. An avid outdoorsman, he cherished hunting and fishing, activities he enjoyed sharing deeply with family. He enjoyed teaching his children and granddaughters, the patience and skill of fishing. He also taught his nieces and nephews the skills to fish and hunt. When Bob was not outside, he liked playing pool, throwing darts, bowling and Bingo.
Camping was another passion for Bob, especially trips to Canada which he fondly took with groups of friends. He loved the excitement and the thrill of catching Walleyes. Bob and Jill Maher shared many memorable camping adventures and special memories together, including their marriage on July 13, 2019, in the backyard of their home in Osakis.
Bob’s warmth, kindness, fun-loving nature, and good sense of humor will be remembered by all who knew him. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
