Shayna Kendall, age 4, daughter of Tom and Amy Kendall of rural Long Prairie died Sunday, Jan. 6.
Shayna was a happy and active preschooler who loved to attend the EFCE preschool program at Osakis Public School. She was outgoing and loved to talk to people. She had a hello and smile for everyone she met. She enjoyed attending church and Sunday School and loved to sing songs. Reading storybooks, especially "Brown Bear, Brown Bear" and watching Barney the Dinosaur on television were other past times she loved. She was full of energy and loved to spin around in her pretty dress and say, "Look, I'm a princess!" She was a joy to all who had the pleasure to know her and she will be dearly missed by her family.
Shayna is survived by her parents, Tom and Amy Kendall of rural Long Prairie; siblings, Marcus (Lori) Kendall of Zumbrota, Matthew Kendall of Alexandria, Lindsey (Chris) Ebnet of Garfield, Jaden, Jonathan and Kiana Kendall, all of Long Prairie; her grandparents, Keith and Loraine Kendall of Willmar, Don and Sharon Davidson of Homestead, FL, Jim and Karen Thomson of Omaha, NE; a nephew, Taven Ebnet.
