LIFE HISTORY for BRADY

Even nature cried the morning that Brady Berberich left this earth.  He entered his new life surrounded by family from his rural home in Osakis, Minnesota in the early morning hours of July 1, 2020.

Brady was the third son born to Kyle and Vicki (Siers) Berberich in Alexandria, Minnesota.  He attended Osakis Public Schools and graduated with the class of 2017.  During his high school years, Brady had many accomplishments, though his biggest joy and successes were found on the baseball diamond.  He was a skilled shortstop with determination, a natural agility, and quick reactions.

Using these talents, Brady continued his education at the Brainerd Central Lakes Community College taking up Machine Technology and playing shortstop as a Raider. Never shying away from hard work, Brady grew up assisting his dad with carpentry projects and later worked for Rockwood Landscaping of Alexandria.

With his love of the outdoors, Brady spent any time he could fishing, spearfishing, and hunting.  He took multiple trips with his dad and brothers in search of the next big trophy.  Some of his prized victories included his record walleye, 10-point buck, antelope, bull elk, bobcat, wild turkeys, and many others.

Brady proved his strength and mental toughness with every challenge he faced. He was surrounded by his many friends and always found time to spoil his nieces and nephew. He will be remembered for his resilience, patience, and resolve.

He will live on in the hearts of his parents, Kyle and Vicki Berberich of Osakis; brothers, Todd (Sabrina) Berberich and Lane Berberich of Osakis; nieces and nephew, Taya, Sawyer, and Harper Berberich; paternal grandfather, Bernie (LaDonna) Berberich of Glenwood; maternal grandmother, Ardell Ferguson of Alexandria. Ready to greet him in heaven is his paternal grandmother, Marlys Berberich; maternal grandfathers, Robert Siers and Frank Ferguson; maternal great grandparents, Gordon and Lila Ellestad; cousin, John Knebel.

Funeral services are Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 11:00 am at LeRoy Mackove Athletic Complex Baseball Field in Osakis with celebrants Jeff Tacker and Fr. Dave Petron officiating. Interment is at Gordon Pleasant Hill Cemetery in rural Osakis with casketbearers Brandon Giesler, Colter Fortenberry, Ky Zimmel, Grant Backes, James Thompson, Joe Hull, Chad Shultz, Seth Johnson, and Douglas Zimmel.  Visitation held at the baseball field on Monday afternoon from 4-8pm with jersey attire.
